yeah, those hobby spray can are usually 2-4 more expensive while having 1/2 or even 1/4 of the content.

as for other spray can, ill use industrial spray cans (bosny, RJ London, win/toa) as primer and main color for the body armors. I just want the internal frame to be coated with a very thin coats.

it is really hard to fight the itch.

like im gonna start prepping this by the weekend but you end up doing it before you sleep. you bought a new kit and you will say i will focus first on the unfinished kit but still ending prioritizing it.

it reminds me of the FB upgrade for GP01. looks great. anyone knows the scale? 1/144 or 1/100?

share an update to the daban SF.

for the back pack, i painted the whole frame. After seeing how this will end up getting expensive, the rest of the frame will be painted only partially. Only paint what will only be shown.


I used bosny spray cans here later on for the white and blacks. I also used grey primer to cover the non-white parts before painting it white.



I know white is very very common, if you do a google search, a lot of white SF will pop out but I really just want one

buying ARF in MG can almost give you 90% (rough estimate) ABF model yet you can get damn those katanas.

i actually got 11 springs, but you only need 8 of them, one for each dragoon

can't what will be the extra's this time for unicorn

imo, there is no worst or bad China PG all of them are good

what specific effect, that inner frame is oozing with details

the shoulder inner frame, I think, is done using alclad II (or other quality metallic paints).
for it to show its real beauty, prep has to be done.
the surface must be really clean from any imperfection, so sanding it smoothly is the first step (using primer will help highlight these)

then use gloss black as base color then finish it with the metallic paint

depending on the price, I might get one (since i already PO the B). I find the B version small. Plus the texture wont be noticeable when you display the kit in the shelves.

it is a old feature that should be almost a standard now for MG mono-eye

i checked other kampfer MG and it seems to allow limited movement

but since this is based on a model kit, it might be based on another Frame. it would be great if they use the most recent Mono-eye release as the frame.
