Calling it now: First Batch PG Red Frame will come with the extra weapons set so he'll have both swords. PG 00 Raiser will come standard with the PG action base Bandai took out of it.

The clear green pieces are loose even on the B* kits. Just glue them in place.

There's only one shield connector. If you want to use two shields for the arms, you'll have to use the gatling guns.
