I think many are really looking at wanting a PERFECT car...too picky, no offence intended    I think if one looks at ALL the cars in the market today, there is no PERFECT car, there is always some "mini tiny itsy bitsy weenie" issues concerning a car, haha.  I can name so many cases of ppl i know with all types of cars fr the sub RM50K++ to RM million that has some issues "bugging" them....there are always issues & most are really totally insignificant & negligible issues.  Of course there are cars really have on-going significant issues...gearbox for instance....but one really need to do more "paper" research - the specs, the safety features (very very important), etc etc etc...look at the bigger picture & MUST MUST go test drive itself & weigh the pros & cons themselves....as each indv has different preference.  If one decided not to get a reasonable good car, no matter what car is it, just becos the radio reception not so good & some rattling sound which can b easily fixed, then its would be so pity isn't it.  I just saying we are need to be wise enough to look at the bigger picture (haha, i say it again)....a car is not merely such tiny issues, the RV or what not....Its more than that.  The world is changing , there are so many quality cars for us all to choose from, enjoy the choices & take advantage of it ....go TEST DRIVE them.

If the 2.0L version got the Supervision Cluster with 4.2″ Full-Colour TFT-LCD, then what about for the 1.6L? Anybody have pictures of the difference?

Yes, Singapore map is definately available, under name search, enter and look for the word MALAYSIA at the bottom left hand corner, enter and you will get the selection of Singapore, Brunei or Malaysia.

Hi, there are many questions from LY members about the the 4.2" and the 8" HU.  The 8" HU come with build in GPS/ DVD and almost double the size of the 4.2". Here are some photos for those who would like to know the different.

Hi, service center is not the right place and they are also not equipped to update yr GPS map. There is a booklet from Speednavi which is given to you when you take delivery of the new Kia Cerato. The step by step instruction on how to update the map are all explained inside that booklet.

Updating of Speednavi map:
First you will have to register yourself at the the Speednavi website. www.speednavi.com
Username: It start fr small letter c and follow by the last 6 digit of yr car chassis number. So it will be cxxxxxx.
Password: same as username.

Yes you can. Under Apps, settings, there is a page for your to specify the preferred GPS app that is fired up when you press the navigation button. I plan to throw in Sygic.

btw, any1 experience smart tag cant work after tinting the windshield? i installed raytech n nw hav this prob. will complain with them tomorrow or monday

Just sharing guys. Received my Cerato today. Temptation red, 2.0. Bought from Kia Red Cube Kuantan. Fast process indeed, booked on 21/4, received it 1/5 despite registration at JPJ Kelantan. Got RM1,888 + 1,000 rebate with 3-years free service and basic 5-years warranty.

Just arrived in JB from Kuantan. Great driving experience. Happy with my decision!
