FFVII is still the best FF. All other FFs are a joke compared to FFVII. Why do you think they make Advent Children? Because of FFVII is still so popular after being released on the PSX 11 years ago. Great Story combined with great gameplay makes this FFVII a fan favourite.

for the best storyline i would say FF8,character is FF7,hardest is FF6(but the final boss i would go for sephiroth,coz he still the bad ass boss ever)
