I have created 3 eu accounts for 3 friends to test out the game. and all can be login. You must have done something wrong.

Just grab a brand new key, registered with alternate email, register key no problem, login no problem. You sure you guys do it right? --> select EUROPE country such as United Kingdom.

I'll just do a simple guide ( hope my memory of the steps is correct.)
1. Goto https://www.facebook.com/PlayStation.DE/app_184026455096557
2. "like" it
3. the page with the app will refresh, and click on the blue button will show u a beta code for pc, and a ps3 promo code to download the client in ps3(if it didnt show, refresh the page, and click on the blue button again.)
4. write down the code somewhere, click the link given at the bottom inside the app will bring you to the steps for activating the beta code.
5. brings you to a website in foreign language with 2 links, click the 1st link.
6. a new page with another 2 link, click top link. a light blue rectangle button.
7. bring you to the SE account page. click on creating a new account (if you do not possess an EU account), or login(if you have an EU account)
8. now it's pretty straight forward, put in email, id name, pass etc. address just simply a fake will do. *remember to select UK/united kingdom. then select british language or watever, can't remember bout this clearly. else your SE account manage page will kept showing the german language orz... had a hard time myself trying to change everything back to english*
9. go to the email you registered with the account, in your email, confirm the activation.
10. opens up a new page, key in the beta code you written down earlier.
11. then will ask you to confirm it's activated by login to your SE account, select service > FF14 > options > see whether beta ARR is enabled.

That's it, I hope my memory serves me right. Been doing that for 3 friends earlier. Hope will help those having trouble

EDIT: opps forgot to mention where to download the client. in step 5, the 2nd link is the beta forum link. click that link, inside the beta forum, look for "Getting Started" thread, then "Test Client Download", and look inside the "Windows" post

Doesn't matter if you forgot the code given from that FB page, it will remember your FB account, click the blue button and it shows the same code again. Can't horde key this way =/

it base on IP bro.

Also check your email, it will be send to your fb's registered email. (ur FB login id)

lol i created 3 bogus FB account to get 3 code for my friends. coz they're out and afraid that this thing have a limit or expire date. So I think it's base on FB account rather than IP

Well I am chatting with the live support. the agent said she is able to login my account.. but I am having issue.

Im in SG by the way.. shouldn't be a problem, right?

no we did not use VPN... or proxy. and there several SG i know who can play just fine.

hi guys sorry another question for the final fantasy xiv veterans i wanna ask how the job and class works? i read the wiki and understand that it is possible to change class i wanna ask if u can change class and job can you do it frequently? is there any penalties once u switch jobs or change class? or if i change class must be under the discipline? like gladiator can become lancer class etc or can also switch to summoner class?
