opting to get a wireless charger today but then the price is so [fill in the blank]

If wireless charging and usb file transfer can work, you can go and quote for the price to fix it
and compare with the price of wireless charger.

i think usb file transfer wont work. i tried to connect my phone to laptop using 3 usb cable. all doesnt work

BTW, the (new?) guys at Nokia Gurney now are a lot better lol. Chatted with me a lot also when i went there last weekend after an event. Wanted to check out the 925.

Same like me, my office usb cable cant charge my lumia(can charge previously on portico, it wont work on my pc or office pc now, but it charge my other phone), but my ori cable can charge and transfer file (works for my office pc and house pc).

okay this is shocking. just now my 920 batt is only 25pc. then after running a test using Nokia Care Suite, restart, poof. battery full. is that normal or my battery dah gila?

May I know which firmware are you using now eg. Portico, Post Portico, Amber?
Have you tried restarting your phone before running the test at NCSuite?

yes.. at last my white got update.. no need to use Nokia Care Suite.. just use NSU..

yeah its restart 1st then enter a test mode. currently batt is back to normal, about 28-30pc

your phone's data got wipe out fully right? is there any method i can fully backup my phone's data so that i'll easily restore my phone?

I think could be some software bug and later you restart your phone it refreshes your phone system so the bug is gone for a moment. Keep monitoring your battery and app usage so that you will know what causes it in the future.

In the end, do you think it is more wise to go for OTA or Flash? when flash do we have the option to clean format the phone? If so maybe it is better to flash instead...

because I believe OTA is basically an update. and Updates usually add clutter to your memory. which eventually eats into our storage making less usable storage. Am I wrong in this understanding?
