I'm using ZAGG Invisible Shield(wet application), bought from eBay. Can be sticky but is superb quality.

You still can bro, just by using this NSU method it will reset your phone settings and data. It doesn't prohibits you to use OTA in the future.

if ota released, the update can be done by using just the phone itself and still remain the data we got in our phone rite?
*
Yes, your contacts and game saves data will not be erased.

if manually update then all data and files will be erased right? is there any risk by updating manually? will void warranty?
*
Update manually(manual flashing) means wiping all data (game saves and apps) like a complete phone reset. Warranty part I cannot promise anything as it will depend on Nokia/Carrier. If your phone is bricked during manual flashing of ROM, then most likely warranty will be voided. Do it at your own risk.

*
May I know which firmware are you using now eg. Portico, Post Portico, Amber?
Have you tried restarting your phone before running the test at NCSuite?

yeah its restart 1st then enter a test mode. currently batt is back to normal, about 28-30pc

I think could be some software bug and later you restart your phone it refreshes your phone system so the bug is gone for a moment. Keep monitoring your battery and app usage so that you will know what causes it in the future.
