open part 1 ..and extract ..it will automatic extract out 2 3 4

My phone just went bonkers again... was at home using wifi using fb then restart... now cant start... wanted to reflash but the Nokia Software Updated cant even detect the phone...

any advise ? I went to Nokia Care 2 weeks ago now it happen again...

is this the one?
whats next?
open nsu program data and copy paste those into a new rm-831 folder?



btw manual flash will cause wipe up, how bout contacts, sapu as well? how to take it back if then? cause cannot export to sim lol

just drag all files to desktop will do(make sure all part 1 to 4 are placing in same location)

after extract out ..then only place it to the location that i stated earlier

if u got sync your contacts with your microsoft account ..u can get it once u login your microsoft account at your phone

double confirm it before u flash

press volume down + power button and hold both button for 15sec to perform soft reset


see whether can boot up or not


if u want flash bricked phone

use nokia care suite > recovery mode > wait for notification box(ask u to plug in your phone) ..then u plug in and perform soft reset

how to double comfirm?

go to contact > setting > scroll to bottom

saw account?

Microsoft Account/Hotmail ...check whether it's your account or not

press+hold it > sync
