H and H+ upload photo no problem for me. But the messaging center fail connecting to FB like 9 out of 10 times. I dont chat on a phone so i guess i can turn a blind eye to that.

I use fa browser instead. Much much much better

what to do... microsoft really need to push harder on social media like fb... many users will tend to leave windows phone platform if they dun solve this problem...

their so called 'shut up and ship' is horrible, terrible and vegetable. windows 7.5 and 7.8 is basically a failure, and they fail to redeem themselves once again in wp8, maybe a bit thanks to nokia.

Steps(Taken from posts earlier)
I used both these steps.

Nokia Lumia 920 RED ONLY MY ROM (Amber update)

install at your own risks

1. Install Nokia Care suite
2. Copy it to C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-821
3. Open Nokia Care Suite and select RM-821
4. Programmer > Recovery ..it should prompt the latest ROM in the list

ust flash in recovery mode using NCS.
1. open ncs, login as external, work offline
2. turn off your phone.
3. open product in ncs RM-821
4. choose the firmware, click start, wait for error.
5. plug in the phone, then turn it on, it will boot in recovery.
5. retry in ncs, it will flash.
done.

I think Monday only update to Amber with my laptop battery plugged in, who knows what kind of magic will happen during the update sequence *touchwood*

As for the blur photos, your hand needs to be like a tripod.

btw, turning off Facebook integrated chat and status as offline has some significant improvement on battery life.

Gdr2 will bring last significant change to our phone, before 8.1/blue..
cos gdr3 only enables 1080p hardware and orientation lock.

u wouldn't know some ppl equipped with "God Hand" to shoot photo without blur..

I might can show you a trick or two to teach how to attain GOD HAND.

my photography lecturer taught me this.
1. hold your Lummie firmly
2. tug your elbows on your tummy firmly.
3. take a deep breathe before taking the shot
4. use the screen to shoot instead of shutter button because during this period (when your Lummie trying to focus on the spot) you're free to hold your breathe and stay still.

Will Lumia 920 experience better battery life after Amber+GDR2?

For close up and photo of an object, i do use this method. But for photos of people, i use the shutter button - that's when OIS kicks in to prevent blur. A wide landscape/scenery (infinity range, like mountains, a park, etc), i dun even bother to take such photos. If it's something like a street then it is still fine.
