QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Aug 8 2013, 10:14 PM) QUOTE i use the red firmware on my yellow 920. just flash in recovery mode. otherwise NCS wont allow it as it has a different product code. after flashing, it shows yellow default theme color, so i dont see any difference, and after restore my backup it will restore my last theme color. plugging in NSU for retail still shows the correct product code(original yellow), but it found no update. i will just flash back to yellow once it came out later, just to stay official later, incase. =P. quoting myself from the other thread. try it out. |

QUOTE(sosot000 @ Aug 8 2013, 11:07 PM) hmm... mine changed to R26 and yes it did said update available, but i nvr click update so i dint know it comes out error at the end... just flash in recovery mode using NCS.1. open ncs, login as external, work offline 2. turn off your phone. 3. open product in ncs RM-821 4. choose the firmware, click start, wait for error. 5. plug in the phone, then turn it on, it will boot in recovery. 5. retry in ncs, it will flash. done. works on my yellow 920. it doesnt change the product code, and the default theme is yellow following my color. NSU for retail wont detect any update, not sure cuz im already amber(pr2.0)(higher than pr1.1.5), or because im using different firmware. btw, heres the call+sms filter. |

Pretty sure the reframing function is was meant for the 1020. The 920 cant crop that much. More like point, shoot, share.
