sorry, for few question about Y410P
1. Local Y410P only come with 1tb HDD. Lets said we self-buy the MSATA to install, do we need do any setting? 1.1 24gb Msata roughly cost? 2. Compare 768P vs 900P, will this important for Photoshop user? 3. Will 900P Y410P come to M'sia?? Sorry for many question, because compare Local VS AP really hard to make decision. |

My feeling after one week using Y410P.
Photoshop: - The contrast is no so well compare to my LCD screen, need highest brightest only able notice adjustment. - Loading speed is very good due to 750GT. Gaming: (HON, Dota2) - I dont use any cooler pad during gaming. - Basically, temp is acceptable. I just dont like the glossy screen, which hardly to view when there is sunlight or light source. |

QUOTE(Dbassnut @ Aug 23 2013, 11:34 AM) Ok guys, I need your help. @Hikari85I'm planning to get a Y510P SLI (Dual GT750M). As I am in Penang, makes sense to get it from someone nearby. I haven't come across any shop that has it in house. All of them claim that they have stock & can get it from their distributor in 1 day. However, need to make a downpayment first & most charge extra 2% if you use a credit card. So my question. Has anyone in Penang bought a Y510P & who did you buy it from. Also, how did you find their service & knowledge? Also, what is a good cooling pad to get. Looks like I'll need to get one. my brother and wife brother get from her. She had shop @ Raju Uda |

Thanks, Or you can ask her sent by post even just in Pg So far bought 2 laptop (Y480) & many laptop gadget from her, no problem at all. |

Besides, I kena before, seller says 1 day wait time, ended up 1 month. Not Hikaru ok. |

QUOTE(Dbassnut @ Aug 23 2013, 03:08 PM) Yup, agree that Lenovo Cooling design isn't that good compared to Asus G series. but the price. I think best Cooler pad for Y410P/510P& the infamous Asus Service Center horror stories. Your cooler is http://innosupply.com.my/Home.asp?pageid=3...d=25&prodid=739 Where is it sucking the air in? through the sides or from the back? is this CM U2 |

QUOTE(Dbassnut @ Aug 23 2013, 03:10 PM) I think that you're correct, getting a reliable seller is more important. If Hikaru is ok, I'm probably going to get it through her. Only checking if there is anyone closer in Penang Island. Sad to say, most of them don't know much about the Y510P. Some of them even give wrong information. Sorry to said only GZ / PCD having this..& am going for the SLI version. I been google one shop near Tanjung Bungah, google --> techserv7788.com Price is not as good as Hikari and never deal with them before too try at your own risk |
