my Y400 temperature seems high (i mean tooo high)..
afraid if i'm gonna fried my mobo/gpu/cpu..

keyboard protector block the heat dissipation & airflow!!??

i never use my Y400 on the bed..always on table & those readings i got when i play using :
-MEDIUM setting,
-on mouse,
-U2 cooler pad (2 fan),
-in air conditioning room (~24 degree)

hurmmm..around 5 months laa..bought on April
maybe i need to service my laptop, clean all the dust & reapply thermal paste

i play few games on high setting, so far no lag what-so-ever~
only on Far Cry 3 (last 2 days) the temperature rise to 100 degree Celsius..
maybe it is time to service my Y400

-Left 4 Dead series,
-Battlefield series,
-Call Of Duty series,
-Sniper Elite V2,
-Far Cry 3,
-Remember Us,
-Alan Wake,
-etc~

btw, i only upgrade RAM to 8GB (high performance)..else still stock hardware
16GB RAM + SSD definitely increase laptop performance & loading time

btw, which Thermal Paste & Thermal Pads would u recommend?

sometime i feel like i7 quad-core + 8gb 1600mhz ram on my Y400 still not enough laa..
because some applications still lag & still can't handle multi-tasking efficiently..
sometimes application will stop responding (not responding) if i open too many application (not so heavy application)..

i clean my Y400 every night before shutdown, using Advance SystemCare Ultimate but still not so many difference

it's not loading/booting time because i know those related to my HDD..
i don't have problem with speed..just not very satisfied with the multi-tasking capability..

am i the only one who feel like this

yes..now on light web surfing also can reach 55 degree Celsius easily

any solution?
i might reapply thermal paste & clean the dust..but that's the hardware part..
