Tried and failed too.
I think they do not accept paypal from malaysia just like other NA site (ex. SOE)

I myself failed thrice on the payment page...
1st is the address issue, 2nd is the Origin Authorized failed and 3rd time is the Paypal error.

I think unblock the vpn when paying will help you

Disabling NoScript will make origin detect me from Singapore thus made me ineligible for USD5.00 promo. The price will change to S$21.95 = USD17.42 instead of USD5.00.
