And also firefox user can download NoScript to bypass the region check.(otherwise you have to use Spotflux to bypass it)

I myself failed thrice on the payment page...
1st is the address issue, 2nd is the Origin Authorized failed and 3rd time is the Paypal error.

I think unblock the vpn when paying will help you
