Got my friend who was in New York to bring these back for me from Lego store. Something interesting he told me. The price tag for the sets in Lego store are all 2-10USD higher than the ones listed in shop.lego.com. For example, 76003 is priced at USD54.99 while shop.lego is only at USD49.99. Luckily, my friend printed my list with the price taken from shop.lego and showed the counter person. The store manager had no choice but to sell based on the online price.

If you see the receipts below there are two prices stated for each item, the regular and marked up price.


So guys, if you do end up buying stuff from Lego Store in US make sure you have the online store price ready at hand to compare.

Anyway, this most probably all the hauls I will have till end of the year except for some new summer sets which I'm waiting for a good deal to appear. Bought most if not all the sets on my wishlist and I think most of the 2012 released sets hahaha

I actually collected only big sets but slowly poisoned by other sets after collecting most of the bigger sets. And since my friend is there, got him to get all the superheroes and lone ranger sets just to complete them in my collection hahaha. Furthermore the boxes are smaller when compared to modulars so can fit in luggage easier and can bring back more hahaha. I basically only collect City, superheroes, creators, modulars, and occasional SW sets hahaha. I guess these sets now can be used to kill my time hahahaha

Most of it are in good condition, but there's 2 or 3 boxes dented. I don't mind since I'm not selling them hahaha

Lol Ultraman the grea said it's a customary weekly haul for me not daily But like I said, this is most probably one of my last hauls of the year cause I got most of the sets that I want. Also I think I now have most of the 2012 superheroes sets lol. Now waiting for good deal for Town Square and some coastal sets lol. When are you getting your Treehouse and Family House?

Somehow after getting all the Lone Ranger sets, you feel like you have extra Tonto hahaha. If you can't get the polybag, maybe one of the smaller sets or the 79108 Stagecoach set which is really nice.

Hehehe this is the most sets in a single haul that I actually did just to collect other themes which I was poisoned (mostly self inflicted) to get.

I actually started my collection with a UCS. From then, it's hard not to look for big sets (Modulars as an example) to buy hahaha. Then I started getting myself poisoned for other themes. For superheroes, I actually got all sets released last year except for Wolverine and Batwing over Gotham. Still thinking over them whether I should get or not. Then here are some themes that I have as well:

1. Lone Ranger - completed all 6 sets except for polybags.
2. CMF - some completed series and some random minifigs from older series.
3. Modulars - completed starting from Fire Brigade. Anything prior to that is too expensive.
4. Creator houses - Missing Apple Tree House and Lighthouse.
5. Advance Built sets - Only Tower Bridge but planning to get Opera House
6. SW - Some iconic sets that I wanted. Not really into collecting all SW. Just too many lol
7. City sets - Got most of the 2012 sets as well. Waiting for good deal on this year's summer sets hahaha
8. Black Pearl and Queen Anne's Revenge
9. Technic - Poison seeping in very slowly. Only owned 42000 but all the way at the bottom of wishlist has 9398 lol

Lol in that case, no more Spartan haul from me hahahaha. I agree with you Fun house is hard to come by since my friend told me the stock in Lego store for that set is quite limited. And yea capm, Caryane is selling Fun House
