No matter how you promote, cyberjaya oversupply for sure is happening now. According to agent, serin occupancy is low. Hard to rent out. Domain 5, Dpulze completed. And more supply coming. Cyberjaya cant absorb all this supply in near short term.

Half bought for own stay? Tipo. Mostly all are investors. No night life in cyber. Wait till d'pulze open may change the situation. Finger crossed hope for the best.

In comparison, appreciation of property bought in kl was higher thn cj durin the bull run. Cb appreciated less thn 100% while most props in kl giv u more thn 100% appreciation.

How sure r u? U need a 10years comparison means in short term kv stil out do cj? 10years long way to go. With mega project like trx, mrt, lrt, greater kl plan, u think cj can be better thn kl? But fact is kl investment stil out do cj up to date. And if u invest in the right kl prop, it stil will out do cj in long run.

No doubt cyberjaya has huge potential. Many places started slow beginning but end up as hot spot. Cyberjaya has great infrastructure. Its important to attract foreign investor to set up mnc here. The current issue with cyberjaya r not enuf day population and amenities. Now slowly changin movin rectifyin these weaknesses. But need time and malls coming up. Dpulze wil be the 1st one opening end of the year.Master developer oso stop sellin land to developer for residential development. Thts good to control the residentia over supply. And oso mkland is buildin medium cost apt which affordable to those lower income group. This will increase the population.
