I never ask who buy Eco Glades.

These buyers is like Soros007 brother, deep pocket, well connect, true investor, don't bother? Haha.

AirAsia is really 1 of the Malaysia Boleh:

SEPANG: The new low-cost carrier terminal (LCCT), KLIA2 is ready to attract over 50 per cent the world's low-cost carriers once it is completed in May 2013.

Currently, there are 30-40 low-cost carriers worldwide compared with only five budget carriers for the past five years. Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) general manager, construction, Mohd Zaifuddin Idris, said currently 12 low-cost carriers operated from KLIA2 and two more budget airlines would come in once it was completed.

"The two budget carriers are Malindo Airways and Firefly," he told reporters on the sidelines of the ceremony to mark the completion of the RM150 million skybridge here today.

He said Firefly has asked for space at klia2 as it intended to use jet planes instead of turboprop engine aircraft.

Mohd Zaifuddin said klia2 could handle over 50,000 passengers a day.

"The terminal is capable to serve 45 million passengers a year, but for the first year of operations expect to handle about 20 million passengers," he said.

He said the RM4 billion klia2 was on track for completion within schedule.

"It is 70 per cent completed and we are on schedule with the smooth progress made by our main contractors," he said.

He said the 300-metre skybridge, the first in Asia and third in the world, has 60m of walklators.

It connects the passenger terminal building to the satellite building and will only take over five minutes to travel between these two points.

The skybridge is purposely built to cross over the taxiway and features glass wall, presenting passengers the opportunity to enjoy spectacular view of the air side. -- BERNAMA

Bro XYYAP, KLCC is a great place to live if u are single however air pollution is really bad and not suitable for family lifestyle (kids).
Prefer to grow my boys at nice living environment like Cyber while short driving DURATION (18mins via MEX) to KLCC.
Aiya, for those said Cyberjaya tak boleh nvm la as everyone has their own opinion however buying F/H ard Rm1.8m is cheap if you look back 5 yrs later. Good holding power, F/H, completed Hwy accessibility to other city - u never get wrong!
Note - The Glades (Sime Darby), MCT (Kingsley Hills) which are 15 mins driving distance away are alr selling at extra 50-70% more exp (although bigger BU). What else can u complain??? biggrin.gif just my 2 cents

When the land is leasehold, a consent is required.

In Klang Valley, only freehold in cyber requires consent.

Was also informed that Mah Sing obtain approval from the authorities for GR to be excluded from this requirement.

Waiting from others to give feedback.

Knew about it only last week when a friend tried to sell his condo in cyber.

I still decided to proceed with my Ecoglades.

Will ask SPSetia during spa signing.

Probably in cbj the land title is freehold with restriction to maintain the racial composition..and not to allow those bumi to simply dispose their prop and gain quick bucks out of their privillege..
