I think cyberview is working with the university and ict so once students graduated then straight enter the ict in cyberjaya.

Wait for The Arc n D'pulze to complete by nxt yr, then population will grow. Another condo VP nxt year is Serin residency. I expect 40%-50% for Serin will be own stay.
Dont bet on landed, owners will take some time to move in as most of the owner already settled down some where else. |

Other condos targeting student n fresh grad are The Place by MCT and Mutiara Ville. Dont think these 2 can be ready by 2014.
