I think cyberview is working with the university and ict so once students graduated then straight enter the ict in cyberjaya.

Wait for The Arc n D'pulze to complete by nxt yr, then population will grow. Another condo VP nxt year is Serin residency. I expect 40%-50% for Serin will be own stay.

Dont bet on landed, owners will take some time to move in as most of the owner already settled down some where else.

Other condos targeting student n fresh grad are The Place by MCT and Mutiara Ville. Dont think these 2 can be ready by 2014.

When the mall is ready by 2014, ppls will ask for other things like clinic, hospital, public library, kindergarten, etc etc.

UFO bro has his point, I wonder if any cyber resident complaint about cyber and moved out...

actually most of my ex coll said cyber is a good place to stay...just too expensive. some coll said no night life and no entertainment. To me is fine, i only free during the weekend, entertainment i can drive to KL if cyber cant satisfy me....hawker food can go SK or dengkil...near puchong...
