just went to check..i so the coolant level, its fill half in the container..and the temp is low, so now i change high, try a drive and see how..

engine coolant has nothing to do with aircon

You can't see aircon coolant and that water condensation is normal.

Smoke, I'm unsure if there's any as my first drive is already ~30KM. Any manifold seals would have finished settling in when I reach home

Want to say that also. Air con refrigerant not easy to check because it is in gas form.

RaionShen You need a pressure gauge used by aircon workshops to see if there are enough refrigerant.

Anyway, I don't there is any problem with your A/C.

thanks guys..just went out again..no more water droplets, just turn the temp high..all ok

only thing left now is the manifold area..just came back again..smoke lesser visibility but smell of burning rubber still there..went under the car to check whether any rubber bush or something else is burning ~none..
