Sifus, how have you been? I would like to share my experience with our beloved persona last weekend. Wife asked to go to Cameron so I had to drive all the way there. It was scary but nice. Felt like I just leveled up in terms of driving experience. I researched that I have to use low gear when going down so I did. Most of the time i was on the third gear going downhill. However, when I was driving on the highway already, I noticed that i could feel the shift from the one gear to another whereas before going highlands it wasnt felt that much. Could it be that something wrong with my transmission or was it just that i am not driving the same as I did before going up to the highlands? also noticed that the FC from going to cameron has changed from 8.5km/l to 8.2km/l.

QUOTE(Manlet @ Sep 12 2013, 03:05 PM) Too quiet also complain kah !!!!!I love the seamless drive of CVT (at least for the City). If you drive it like an auto or manual, of course you will feel no power as a lot of ppl have complained abt City CVT. If you understand CVT optimal pickup climb and driving characteristic and adjust your driving style to it, it can have a very balance, enjoyable drive with very good pickup (no over-rev). If you like to rev, it does not correspond with CVT FC saving optimal pickup ratio driving style. |
