That ring would give you a major buff. Of course if possible try to get 550+ AR & 50k HP. That would be minimum to play comfortably. Skorn change will good for you as Barbs only have 1 free passive slot. Ruthless and Weapon Master is unfortunately a perma fixture so it's best to free up that slot and not use blood. That my friend has 2 options :

1 ) Use WH means you need above 5 LS skorn or

2 ) Immortal King belt + 4LS skorn

I would suggest option 1. It makes a big difference to have extra AS especially when you're running Whirlwind. If you gear up well, you may even be able to change to SoJ ring which gives a huge boost. I suggest crafting is your cheapest option to getting good DPS and eHP. Farm DE's like mad and craft. If got extra gold, get a mempo with CC, 3.0 CC also ok. Also, keep in mind that everytime your DPS goes up, so does the MP you need to play in. If you overpower the monsters, you won't be able to generate any fury but to be able to play higher mp, you need more eHP. Balance is the key.

Dex Mempo is most expensive version of mempo.. of cos need good stats (high main stats + CC) to make sure it sell-able
