Able to save & pay for it and willing to pay for it are 2 different things. Many people can afford it but not willing to pay for it.

QUOTE(ALeUNe @ Oct 17 2013, 02:45 PM) The DPS increase is negligible when it compares to the price tag. really crazy price 250b only 1% overall dare to pay of it maybe.. everyone same with me thinking rm18500.00 real$$ better then gain 40k dps ...hehe.....Last I heard, 250b met. Someone paid "MYR18500" for a piece of amulet. |

QUOTE(VinluV @ Oct 17 2013, 06:41 PM) I think where weapons is concerned, its always ok to splash. Weapons are big on dps so getting a good one is always priority. Back then when i was poor, I saved up like mad to make sure I get a good weapon that's worth my gold. Good Weapon = Good DPS = Efficient farming. |

QUOTE(ALeUNe @ Oct 10 2013, 12:06 PM) Tested many times, 500K DPS is enough to keep perma-archon at MP10. Sorry ALeUNe, just realized you summoned me haha.Wiz has many skills to buff DPS. Using all offensive skills (both active and passive), DPS can buff up to approx 47%. Many existing CM build Wiz with 300K DPS (without glass canon) can buff their DPS to 500K easily. Just need to change 1H weapon with CD/LS + Triumvirate source. Summoning tALEz to verify this. But I'm noob la, any doubts I'll ask you. So guys, I'd trust ALeUNe. |

what is the unbuff dps required to kill mp10 ghom in under 1 minute?
Can the settings below kill ghom faster? Ghom has got farts. if use Superstition Passive (Reduces all non-Physical damage by 20%. Whenever you take damage from a ranged or elemental attack, you have a chance to gain 3 Fury), then you will not need Battle Rage - Into the Fray Skill. Therefore, replacing "Battle Rage - Into the Fray" rune to something else (perhaps "Battle Rage - Marauder's Rage" for a sheer 30% damage, or even "Revenge - Best Served Cold" rune since we are constantly being gassed) could kill ghom faster? |

For the 3rd passive slot, you can use any skills. It doesn't matter. Superstition could be good. To kill Ghom fast, it gotta be HOTA. You need fury for HOTA. I doubt you can rely on superstition to sustain your persistent heavy usage of fury. |

I think you don't need 2 primary skill, bash and frenzy. And the damage bonus from these primary skills can only last few seconds. If you look at Moba's video, Ghom is killed below 20sec. Every second counts, you can't afford to waste few seconds doing bashing/frenzy. Main damage came from HOTA & Earthquake. I think passive/superstition is good. It helps in fury generation. But I think you still can't drop the fury generator/Into the Fray. This post has been edited by ALeUNe: Oct 22 2013, 03:41 PM |

Bro, good to know there is sufficient fury generation without BR/ITF. Over Power - Killing Spree HOTA - Smash Battle Rage - Marauder's Rage WOTB - Thrive of Chaos Bash - Punish Frenzy - Maniac Ruthless Weapons Master Superstition <--- thinking of this would be the fury generator aside from the 2 Primary skills that adds 24% and 20% dmg increase respectively did a test on dmg increase on my barb. chekidout http://d3up.com/b/242450/ckong#skills It is a good news and there is still hope in barbs. |
