i vote for ICity.
Megamall + LRT + Students + Tourism + Strong Foreign JV + Future IT Hub + Gomen backup = Too big to fail formula. Lol... Anyway anything could happen, despite this might not be the best investment for the moment, at least it's not that bad and might turn out to be the greatest place in SA. These parameters are working in SimCity too to up a city center..lol. |
