if you refer 'all windows and system apps' to windows-only installation, plus the drivers (boot drive), it should be fine. it might also be ok to install ms.office into it, too.
technically ssd's are not hdd's. you need to take into accounts several things in terms of space:
1. over-provisioning: this means leave certain amount of unallocated space for ssd use. (normally 10 to 20% of the total capacity) this is a good practice.
2. pagefile, virtual memory: these things take up space. if you have enough ram (16gb or more), you can safely disable pagefile or virtual mem (set it to none). this helps in recovering more space from the boot drive for other more useful purposes. of course, it depends on your computing usage, or the type of apps that you're running. if you require it, it's better to let the system manage it.
i suggest you get 250gb range (240gb to 256gb). with that you can put the most common played games into the ssd also. game load time is much much better.
money is definitely the factor here

. my ONLY 2 reason to install SSD : playing BF4 and faster boot time . is 120GB seriously enough ? i mean , I can transfer all of my apps into different drive , right ? is it possible to have 2 Program Files in separate drives ? googling doesnt seems to help

. thanks in advance !
p/s : since installing ssd yourself voids the warranty (and im pretty afraid to do it lol) , I plan to install SSD at asus service centre 2 weeks before my warranty ends
