its easy actually to do it. everyone could. See around everyone is using SSD. So far no problem~ asus rep is retarded lol

why clone. just fresh install. alot easier and no more bloatwares

is not even out in USA.... hear or rumor... G750JH have faulty design.. when you open and use it u can NEVER shut it off!! lol

there are alot of program uninstaller which uninstall thoroughly up to registry.

u can do it that way one by one or like most of us here who did and i supposed would suggest to do clean install instead of cloning

just get the cost effective, SanDisk ULTRA plus 128GB for RM320 or 256GB@ RM480

u can always add that start button~ but i think is it 8.1 or 8.5 forgot what windows numbering already will have start button again~

high price with awesome performance - samsung 840 pro

yeah the stock hdd sucks and really drags the actual performance of the laptop down by a lot; but you can use it for storage.

still, a better way to 'restore' the performance is:

1. keep the stock drive intact; don't touch it until you are comfortable with the new clean installs;
2. get a ssd for OS and apps/games, and a hdd for storage;
3. do a clean install on the ssd.

we are lucky in Malaysia because we can have a very basic model

uh? fortune? it's about MYR 750+ only; from c-zone some more.

in general, a decent ssd like hyperx is fine.

for common usage, plextor m5s 256gb and up already makes many very happy.

however, i still suggest plextor m5pro extreme, and samsung 840 pro. they're a bit pricey but you will not regret it.
