Nope, they are just the MSI fan boy. OR they wanted to sell it rather than popular well known asus. Who knows MSI laptop cost lower with markup price, with HIGHER COMMISSION sells.
Do you know Asus Warranty gives you full warranty for any parts in the hardware, (should try for battery but it last for 3.5 years for my old Asus, damm!)? in my case, my G750 have an small dead pixels (only one) and they change a whole new panel or me. Within 3 weeks, should this considered bad? AND do you even know asus motherboard have their own layout for laptop which is more stable and strong enough for gaming more than 5 years? ( Very nice , good thermal paste used and heat flow) as well as Allianware.
I've dissembled the new lenovo Y50 and Acer V-nitro as well , overall bad design internally which nobody can see, but they sell with reasonable price.

I get all the parts from the china, which is the original manufactures located there. I can get anything with retail price which is up to 80% cheaper than ebay. and of course, its original. For all the laptop brand and parts include chassis, keyboard speaker... etc etc.. I just helped my friend restore his ASUS-Automobili Lamborghini VX7SX, quite impressed me. Classic, but beauty!
Disassemble for beginner, my advice is better don't else it could break the chassis or any parts. Because even me with experienced could go wrong when not doing carefully.
Back to G751, with only 20% performance gaps with high end gaming desktop (GTX980).

For entry level g series notebook only have one fan, with 15" inch screen. Because asus still provide optical drive which other brand dont. But dont worry, the fan is big enough and very rare type(quality?)compare to others which enough to cool your notebook. Latest g551 series have bundle for mouse and headset, so dont fool by seller these are limited offer or whatever shxt.
I heard frixfox or whatever have g551 for Rm3399, but limited time offer for gift like stock headset and mouse. I called asus, these are provided all the time when u buy g551. So be careful of all the bullshit or they might again fool us and steal that fking expensive gift from u. Lol...

Yup yup.. correct, if you found honest sellers, go for it. If there were 2 fans for 15", there will be no optical drive.

Guys, for more smoothness for G750, you should try increase the refresh rate through Nvidia control panel, under screen resolution. Retain the resolution and increase the refresh rate within 60 - 100Hz, and see the difference. 90Hz for me is stable without glitches.
It will not harm or shorten panel lifespan. And TN panel usually support high speed refresh rate. And GTX770M are capable of running up to 144 Hz. so it should be fine keeping below 100Hz without affect the temperature.
Higher refresh rate mean the display can free up more FPS for the GPU. Higher mean better for eyes and performance. If your games are smooth previously, it should be smoother by now. Tested on Ninja Gaiden, Battlefield 4, COD Ghost, and........ testing. But it has nothing to do with in game FPS, because that depends on your game configuration and Hardware ability.
