Banyak.. refer to reitdata.com, Imho there will be continuous selldown in REIT as long as US yield is climbing...

Fall off the boat?  laugh.gif

Investor hindsight the would haves, should haves, could haves.... all is meaningless and in the past, it's all about your mental strength when you decide to press the buy/sell button there and then.

No use fretting/joying about missed past loss/returns.  tongue.gif

Anyway differences of a few % is meaningless in the overall picture of potential loss/return. Due to this i no longer queue and miss the boat, i buy straight from the sell queue.
*
agree with you.. no more q-ing for the lower price if i know it's going to go up.... lesson learnt!

You can open your own startbucks wat...with dolce gusto.

Cost of Machine RM 399
Cost of single cup (premium) = RM 3.375
Cost of single cup (regular) = RM 1.687

Sell at RM 10 per cup premium and RM 6 for normal = profit! laugh.gif

~ 10 coffee flavors, pack and go... taste can fight starbucks... rclxms.gif
