Jakarta... i am not surprised, last time i check the stocks there the index stocks is selling from 20x-30x PE.. accident waiting to happen....

Previously, I search high and low also cannot find counters to buy .. haiz.

Today rupiah also plunged against the dollar.. double haiz...

Mine is every 10%-20% down..double up. IF the fundamentals are still intact.

Double up means, every down you DOUBLE your top up amount... again if the fundamentals are still good.

Your IRR too low leh.. bank rakyat give 4.01% FD leh...

Lets say your investment $1000

drop 10% to $900, then i top up $100
if drop another 10%, then i top up further $200
then next 10%, top up $400
next 10%... $800

and so on...

Risky move, to use with extreme caution only at value plays.. AND you absolute confident the company can survive the drop...

If not worth to keep for at least 3 years, I don't buy..even for short term gain - that is my no 1 rule.

Maybe will serve you well.

You want it fall... easy sell down loh... and you collect back at lower value..

Got lah.. cash rich, consumer, crony business, stable business kind of stocks plenty wat... All these at least 3 years cause election long way somore.

Apparently they are expanding like mad, too much sales in indo and not exporting yet.

For instant noodles we have Mee Sedap, coffee such as Kapal Api, and washing powder such as Daia.. already invading supermarkets in MY..from Indon

Indo consumer companies are growing like mad.. due to more indon becoming middle class..thats why they have PE 30x..
