Samsung and Apple are the only two big players in smartphone. Both stocks also looks good and can make some money if you enter at the right time. Other brands just play catch up game. Apple will need to sustain the market share by introducing new Iphone (bigger screen and cheaper iphone). While Samsung is playing with technology, from quad-core (S3) to Octa-core (S4). I am waiting for Note 3 and see what it will be. I know the screen will be bigger until you can't even put in your pocket! tongue.gif

No one talk about google-glass? That will break both Apple and Samsung... tongue.gif

Can interest rate go lower then 0%... yes according to EU

"Central Bank President Mario Draghi cut the euro region’s main interest rate in May to a record 0.5 percent and said policy makers were considering a negative deposit rate"

Looks like lots of desperate policy makers around... tongue.gif

See the screen so close to the eye?

Are human eye is built to see thing so close?   blink.gif

A few mins may be, but for long hour?
*
Wear like normal glasses. The screen is see-through like normal glass.

Only if need to communicate/use apps then the screen will light up. Imagine you can read e-mail, skype with other people while hands free. brows.gif
Works like a smartphone only wearable...

Anyway retail price is likely between $300-$500.

So rate higher or lower?  laugh.gif

One with potential tapering QE
Market sell off bond, yield rising.

Now negative deposit rate?
*
IMHO it is a desperate attempt to keep bond yields low.. otherwise PIGS country with high debt will go Kaboom! tongue.gif

Watched it all day and today. tongue.gif

Now .. no longer watching.  laugh.gif

Sellers seems aggressive and plenty.
Surged up on smaller volumes (did the market buy just cos of Aberdeen boys are buying? tongue.gif ) but has been down sharply on larger volumes.

I scared.

Not a good time to shop 'oversea' if you are not familiar.. otherwise get burned as 'oversea' more volatile...

During recession, oversea REITs can get up to 20% yield...

Is S-REIT same as M-REIT?
1. Is Singapore rental fees low or consider high?
2. Is Singapore properties price low or consider high?
3. Is Singapore population growing or weakening?
4. Where are those S-REIT's properties located at? Which country?

I think, M-REIT retail may consider more defensive?
hmm.gif

In sinkapore... you get SGX REITS with properties in Indon, Japan, China, Europe, HK, India... look at the bigger picture. icon_rolleyes.gif

I am looking at Macquaries International Infrastructure... brows.gif currently yielding >8%... waiting for more bunnies...
