A bit different from standard peg... that why call value-growth haha and minus off net cash on hand for PE calculation.

Non china PE 3 ok lar... but if the PE is not consistent/one off then not ok also...

Last time KLCC prop out of index, straight drop 20%, perhaps this time got bargains....

Cash is already what you have when you buy the stock.. so should not factor into company valuation. So higher cash companies, have lower 'real' PE. Think about it....

Net cash = cash at hand - all liabilities

Lets say...

Company share is RM 1.00
EPS is RM 0.10
But the company has net cash of RM 0.20

So the net cash 'RM 0.20' is more or less belongs to you when you buy the stock... when you evaluate the PE, you evaluate the business, not including the cash.

Most listed plantations already ceased slash and burn due to RSPO roundtable... it is the smaller planter who does that, and not only for palm oil but also for rice farming & other farming.

BTW I am on vacation so no trading for me... and also no haze... only sunshine and beautiful people...

leaving the portfolio on autopilot... so will report back next week...

Wah apa ini.. i on vacation, suddenly receive info lots of my counters went limit down... . My portfolio shows high 5 digit loss in 1 day.. hahahaha!

If these prices are still available on Monday, time to unload all my elephant guns + 300% margin...

Today I saw my portfolio.. got a shock of my life... kah kah.. then look see look see.. hmmm All those limit down all my counters,.... except a few

If got.. then hoseh loh. But 1000 of others will also line up for it...

Also will put limit down order queues to see can get any more durian boh...

Of course more than 10% lar... most of my stocks went limit down today.

Emerging markets are cracking due to $3.9 trillion funds are unwinding due to higher interest rate in US. So we might get crisis prices for emerging market without the crisis.
