It seems like your games (yes, even disc based games) won't even "activate" when you're connecting from the wrong region.

In other words no Xbox One will work in Malaysia until we get an official release here.

The 24-hour authentication IS an issue because it won't work in Malaysia.

It's not that XB1 will "invalidate" your games,
it just won't validate them at all in the first place because you're trying to use them from an invalid region.
