It works best with Friends you know, so you can save more on title that's more towards Single Player

So we are losing the ability to share games now? 1 Gold Live for whole Family? Disc Based games need disc to be in tray for authentication? Online Pass coming back? what about renting/resell policy?

It kinda suck now, everything goes back to stone age (like xbox360 other than no region lock, GT Lock like PS3?) no more Premium Console.

I don't see what the difficulty keeping is in keeping the status quo for sharing and renting games.  If you're done with a game, give the disc to your friend/sibling/whatever.  As long as you have a disc you can play.  You will still need mandatory installs but that's cool - i believe it's going to be play while you install.  If you don't want to give the disc to your friend, they can buy the "license" to play the digital copy that's on their HDD.

For Digital Download, as long as you log in with your GT you can play on any console.  Of course the same ownership rights as current will still apply which is totally fair.  As the consumer, what matters is the choice to choose between the media.  For me, unless it's on sale, I'll not bother with a "license".  Online passes have always been up to the publisher and there have been so many current games which do not require online passes for multi-player.

By stone age - meaning consumer still has rights as long as they have disc?  That's not suckage - that's awesome in my books.

I understand what you mean but we are now a step backwards, My meaning of stone age is we have lost the new Digital age (Like Steam) Now we just got an upgrade of Kinect + Graphic card on our Xbox360 with facelift that cost $499 = Around RM1600++?

Don't get me wrong ill still buy Xbox One, its just that the console is no more a Premium Console

Azure server (Cloud) is not available here, this is why they are not ready to have a worldwide launch...

not really sure, the way that they announce region free now also means that they allow ppl to do import. but not all games uses Azure server afaik Forza 5 & Spark will be using it?

seriously there is no information on how it will work outside of those Azure coverage area. we will have to wait until nov/dec.

Please request for a refund asap. The console is for US only. You should not buy this online. Pls go to midvalley megamall, there are some game stores there. I’m going to get the xbox one x for RM1,875. Just console no games. They can order any games we want.
