So, the key is programmable? I can turn on the F-row instead of pressing Fn+Num-row? And I notice that the right shift, win, menu, ctrl has arrow printed? Is it for arrow key? I thought WASD is the arrow replacement? Can I programmed to other button?

Try Leopold? Good quality, if I remember right.. some vendor were selling them for 50$ USD, seems affordable IMO. Maybe can get cheaper if you can somehow get in contact with them?

yes programmable, poker 2 arrow keys are placed at WASD, the one u saw was Poker 1, U can program all button except right FN and right PN, which is really a turn off for me as i prefer the arrow keys to be placed as the poker 1
