QUOTE this 5.7-inch Xplay goes one step further than its smaller X1 and X1S cousins by packing one extra audio chip and the OPA2604 operational amplifier from Texas Instruments in order to add extra oomph to Cirrus Logic's CS4398 DAC and CS8422 stereo asynchronous sample-rate converter -- both of which are featured on the X1 series. From http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/07/vivo-xplay-phone/ this really good for audiophile |

Bro Bujal.x, how's the phone til now? Currently I'm researching on a few phone and need some insight from their user. I'm evaluating between Vivo xlay vs xiaomi 2s 32gb vs oppo find 5 vs lenovo k900. Spec wise I prefer xplay and xiaomi 2s but not sure bout lenovo k900 though. I find oppo have the best display but the rest of the spec is a bit outdated.
Any heating issue with xplay especially when gaming? I read oppo and k900 are both having some bad heating problem while gaming. Tested xiaomi 2s and I find it a tad too small for my hand. Fingers aching after an hour of gaming. Do you thiink it's too bulky for your pocket? And freezing issue and unable to reboot because cannot use the old method 'remove the battery' way? Hoping vivo will update their camera software with more function. Read there's only 3 options for the camera. |

Heating issue,i cant really comment about it since im not into gaming but so far non stop browsing for hours didnt caused over heating at all..Any heating issue with xplay especially when gaming? Bulky, for me as long can fitted into my jeans then its ok already.not really bulky since vivo xplay very thin.but if youre driving make sure to take out the phone first from your pocket otherwise its hard to take out.. Long press power button if freezing. Actually the camera auto setting get all the job done..but still,i do think manual setting is necessary. Btw i sold mine already.now waiting for my lenovo k900.honestly deep in my heart i regret the decision since vivo xplay is the best phone i had so far but want to give k900 a chance..if sucks then i will consider vivo xplay again.. |

Thank for the info. Made me lean more onto vivo more. Heard k900 have some minor compatibility issue due to Intel CPU but mostly false alarm, can work around it. Really like the stainless steel body. Don't think getting k900 is a bad move since it's 1 of the top phone out there. When is the eta for your k900?
If only I'd play less game I could've pick which phone is the best for me. Not a lot of smartphone gamer out there so hard to find review on that. |

Otherwise , I find its specs to be great. If only I'd play less game I could've pick which phone is the best for me. Not a lot of smartphone gamer out there so hard to find review on that. |
