Dear Sifus,

In the market for a 10 inch android tablet for my mum. What's the best tablet out of the box? Need wifi only, it's for my mum, so no tinkering (root + flash). Currently have my eye on the Samsung tab 3, are there any other tablets that are better this?

Budget around 1k - 1.6k.Cheaper the better , but most importantly hassle free as no one is around to help her troubleshoot. She does not want an Ipad.

Have bought her a Note 2 previously but said would prefer larger screen, common use would browse email, surfing, youtube, skype, and watch TED.
