In Malaysia, Microsoft Malaysia only sell two versions: Windows 8 single language and windows 8 pro
AFAIK I know Windows 8 single language cannot use more than one language.
But Windows 8 pro can use more than one language?

For example I want to use Japanese, Chinese and French language on my windows 8 pro

I don't think so single language you can only use 1 lang. You can also download the language packs online. Alternately you can add them through the control panel.

Win8 Single Language won't be able to install more than 1 language (which defaulted by the installation). There are ways to overcome this (upgrading, modifying the installation etc) which some might be illegal (or not, I dont really know)...

Win8 Pro can use more than 1 language packs. Basically, Win8 Pro is full version of Win8 without restriction.

Hi I just went lowyat looking for Windows 8 Pro as I do not want to use the Windows 8 SL. However, I went two outlets and both of the sellers were telling me that Windows 8 Pro also comes with single language sad.gif

Anyone has bought Windows 8 Pro from lowyat which actually can add multiple language for the OS? My problem is I need to use both simplified Chinese & traditional Chinese language.

Please let me know which outlet u had bought the Windows 8 Pro Multiple Language & if you dun mind to share the price for the Windows 8 Pro.

Thanks in advance! biggrin.gif

shouldn't be a problem bro. Go and check lelong for MSDN serial number, they are quite cheap. If you're happy with it already then go out and buy a real version
