Confusion between Windows 8 versions

In Malaysia, Microsoft Malaysia only sell two versions: Windows 8 single language and windows 8 pro
AFAIK I know Windows 8 single language cannot use more than one language. But Windows 8 pro can use more than one language? For example I want to use Japanese, Chinese and French language on my windows 8 pro |

For windows 8 pro, OEM or retail, can install more than one language even thought the default language is english?
