i don't use 1 specific way.

sometimes it is luck (on train), or from a place that i visit (restaurant, shop, bar, etc), but mostly through online internet contact (facebook, blogs, sites).
also a lot is from contact from a person the girl knows

most will not work with some random guy from the internet because he might be a murderer or some sick person unless got some recommendation from someone she knows

so you just have a little chat.....then ask for photoshoot. Which country do you physically meet up with the girls in? and btw are you a photographer by profession ?
