Well, the response was ok. I am sure normally Shogun doesn't have so many customers. But we felt that after less 50% should be the normal price because for so many food, the nice one can be counted with 1 hand. Won't go back after this.

you mean after the price reduced 50%, their food quantity and quality also reduced 50%?

Last year I went there, there were lots of food and choices. Now they have renovated the place, only left about 75% spaces, the choices are lesser, not to mention the quality is so-so.

Anyone tried to buy Petronas gift card using credit card?

Petronas mesra card is a big hoax.

They have a campaign that if you pump till 200 they give you a free umbrella.

So i signed up for their mesra kad. And have pumped up to rm200 and have wanted to redeem the free umbrella. But all the petronas stations so far dont have stock for the umbrella. This is bullcrap.

Looks like once i get the umbrella i am going to throw the stupid mesra card away.

glad that you complained here. i already got myself 3 umbrellas under this promo (fourth still pending).

the problem started when i tried to claim my third umbrella last 2 weeks, i went to at least 10 different petronas before i managed to get it (last pc too).

since they said new stock coming in, but until now my fourth umbrella still pending.. already 1 week trying and already went to nearly 20 petronas still can't get to redeem it.

If petronas wanted to cheat consumers to pump their petrol they should have at least prepared enough promotional umbrellas. I only signed on to get the umbrella.

I would have stuck on if they kept to their promise. Now i stopped pumping till i get my umbrella. Then i will stop going into petronas and they would have lost a new customer.

as the promo expiry is getter nearer now, i don't think we will get to redeem anymore. not only us, there are many others failed trying to get the umbrella. none of the staffs know when the new stock will come in...
