i just called to petron cs at 1300888812 and they confirmed me that the old smiles card will not be able to use anymore after september 2014 (fully replaced by new petron miles card). so really need to head to any petron station to convert it. it will take 2 weeks if do conversion via phone call to petron cs. if fill in form will take 6 weeks.

but not necessarily will take 6 weeks because they just told me the longest time they would take, so most probably will be less than that. no worries...

they just move the s from the front to the back.

no need... just print out this, then fill in your name and email at the bottom of it. bring your bcard along and that's all. it's applicable to all bcards (not only the one co-brand with shogun). try to call for reservation first as the turn out may be huge...

at least you write the name of the card owner on the print out.

i missed 3 times totalled 610 points lossed! not that i forgot, but the system lag/hang after payment (not caused by slow internet)! so the final page not loaded and there's no way to get the points anymore. i complained to lazada many times to allow bcard to be key in during checkout instead of after payment, but after 1 year liao still same. my recent purchase of rm350 also missed the bcard points due to this.  

they said that page is the only page to key in the bcard, missed that they also cannot do anything. they take my advice for automatically linked or key in upon check out but after one year still same.
