I just checked my Shopback balance and I only received one RM 30.

So, I will need to wait for a while or write them an email to enquire about the missing RM 30?

if it's a back to back booking, then you should have received both together. it's ok to email them now about the missing rm30. don't worry, shopback's cs will be happy to serve you and return you the rm30 rebate that you deserve.

for those that got cashback from shopback for agoda, how long after your check out date that it will show redeemable by xx days?

its been a few days since i've checked out and its still showing pending...

it will take some time before the cashback is redeemable to ensure no cancellation and all.
