Guys, how to redeem petrol with Bonuslink at Shell? Do I have to do it over the counter?

I remembered last time I could do it at the automatic dispenser like Petronas.

never once can redeem at pump

If you have no use of points that are expiring, maybe can salvage by using for room booking on behalf of someone else you know who needs a room.

You can try the Shell at Rawang town, it can redeem on the spot at pump.
3000 points for RM 30, if I'm not mistaken.

Points can be redeemed for friends or family only when the last name of any one guest matches the account member's last name.

My first time using Shopback for Agoda. Supposedly I should be entitled for RM 30 per transaction and I split two nights into two transactions. How do I know if I can get RM 60? It's still showing nothing in my Shopback credit.

Have to check. I usually do 2-3 transactions per time. and many times 1 or 2 transaction will go missing.
then have to write to shopback to claim. But so far, very efficient n fast response from them
