Passby, became Vietnamese village, from saloon, restaurant to grocery mostly Vietnamese owners. Many hot chicks.

Shuttle van service still running. Not sure on time or not. The building I think upkeep not bad.

It's like an oasis surrounded by low cost flat and old landed.

The lake many people fishing there. A beer house open beside looks cool. Some shoplots facing lake side quite nice. Lake Park parking seems like not enough always full.
