i was told alot of units already sold out by now

rumor has it around 24 months from now only open phase 2...price wise should be the same as now (the before discount price)

now its around 600 plus...should be 800-900 for second phase

Guys have you all been to the area...all this 3 lanes upgrading won't work...the current road plus pavement is already next to the houses at the side already..

i really hope they open up the connection into MRR2 from behind but if you guys know that area the current road now is almost 3 meters below the current MRR2 level..

on another note construction is progressing well and most likely will be ahead of schedule?
