went for both preview that agencies that "market" this project, but not everyone could go to the office themselves, and yet going through these agencies for convenience sake (collecting cheques from you or etc), "H" didn't entertain me much, as they might feel i'm a potential buyer (or they are just very busy), and "P" is actually collaborative and invited me to the developer office and check it out, quite many service apartment booked.. the units I wanted were mostly sold, which i never enquiry why though.. smile.gif

but seriously, people here comment much, but at the end i feel like they might be the one sapu those mad.gif

personally, i think the project have loads of SOHO units, thats why investors / own stayers are sapuing the service apartment, and leave the soho units for later cause still many available.. yawn.gif

base on the take up rate for service apartment, should be quite positive though.. i think svc apartment is around 70~80% already..

called in PropertyPlus today, units are still available for both though.. but for svc apartment should be going to sold out soon i guess yawn.gif
