I think this not only affecting this project but all "service apartment" , just gotta be mindful of the cost side, but i assume this will only occur upon project completion after 5 years.

Observing around, not much development now with residential title, except far far away... just my 2 cent unsure.gif

I dropped by the lake weeks back... noticed they are working on it... few cranes etc in it... surrounded the site with fences n started to revamp the area. Not sure are they building the sales gallery or working on the 28 foundation.
