high density not good for rental game. too many supply upon VP. whether got market/demand 5years later will be question mark.

also, this is not LRT/MRT project, makes it more difficult to rent out. bear in mind most of the ppl renting house take public transport.

sharmerlin star is more expensive, but they are walkable to LRT.

in short. not doable

they only sell 280k when they launched last year. only 450sq ft la.
