Saw their layout of 98xsf 3 bedders. Sub 500k. Much cheaper psf than studio. Also service apartment block..units per floor is much lower than studio.

Sky Residence by Sps is doing the shuttle service. Maybe can learn from them. Having said that, with mapletree involves, i am sure they have done their homework and cost management. Well, it is a good initiative by developer anyway. How practical is it? I think buyer needs to get clarification by developer in term of cost and operational issue.
When you have economy of scale, then it is possible. There are condos with millions sitting in their accounts. So, extra service rather than keeping in mgmt's FD ll be a better choice.

They dont have their own marketing team here. If you only assign agents to do it, this is what will happen.
