I personally think if high rise goes up in price, landed will be higher immediately. We have this culture of mostly everybody wants to settle down in a landed house. Seldom (not all) i hear people wanna settle in high rise until die. Most malaysians want to even have bungalows. If cannot get, semi d also ok. If cannot get superlink also ok. If cannot get, link also ok. I believe high rise is still considered a stepping stone for a person before moving into a landed prop. Until our land is too populated, this will be the trend
Actually I prefer to settle in high rise. HahaPersonal preference. For me its easier to manage, and can be ID and renovated extensively in future for the same budget
But on the other hand, for value. Its better to stay in a landed and flip in future. Will earn more that way.
