High rise apartment does not need a big plot of land to built...less than 10 acre also can built.

Land is also getting expensive and scarce in prime areas such as Subang, PJ, KL, Puchong...

That's the reason why no much landed property launched in the prime areas anymore.

Based on Supply and Demand theory, I am more positive on the land properties in term future capital appreciation.

Landed property in good location such as PJ, Subang, Bangsar also got...In the subsales market with expensive price tags and old facade/ structure. Extensive renovation may be required+Not gated and guarded so more.
